This research provided critical insights into the practical challenges and opportunities of deploying technology in resource-limited settings during global health crises.
​Driven by these findings, Dr. Chelsea has developed a specialized interest in how mobile phone technology can be strategically leveraged to advance primary healthcare systems. She is committed to exploring digital health solutions that bridge existing gaps in service delivery, aiming to achieve sustainable digital health equity for underserved populations.
