Dr Caroline Kisia is the Africa Director of Project ECHO based in Nairobi, Kenya, where she leads the growth and development of the ECHO Model throughout Africa. ECHO is a global movement that uses technology and innovation to scale knowledge sharing and mentorship among health and development professionals. In Africa, ECHO is working across 30+ African countries in partnership with ministries of health, academic institutions, civil society organizations, WHO, and Africa CDC.

Dr Caroline is a Public Health Physician with over 25 years’ experience in health systems strengthening, healthcare workforce development, humanitarian response, and digital innovation. She holds medical, public health, management and leadership degrees from the University of Nairobi, McGill University, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Cardiff University.
