Registration & Participation

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee provides access to all official sessions, plenaries, workshops, side events, and networking opportunities during the World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2026. It also includes conference materials and on-site catering (tea breaks and lunch). Accommodation, travel, and visa-related costs are not included.

Yes. Participation is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and an official confirmation email is issued. This email will include a Registration Confirmation Letter and a Letter of Invitation, where applicable.

No. The World Health Summit Regional Meeting does not cover visa or travel costs. However, official invitation letters will be issued after successful registration to support visa and travel applications.

Accommodation is not included. The conference will provide lunch and tea breaks during the meeting days.

Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. A list of preferred and accredited hotels with negotiated rates will be published in the Venue & Travel section of the event website.

Yes. All registered participants will receive a digital certificate of participation after the Regional Meeting.
