He serves as Global Health Informatics Project Director at PATH, where he leads multi-country programs spanning EMR deployment and optimization, national data repository governance, interoperability architectures, and cybersecurity risk management for health information systems. Sam also chairs the Global Digital Health Network, convening governments, implementers, donors, and industry to advance practical collaboration and shared standards that accelerate impact.
