Registration & Participation
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee provides access to all official sessions, plenaries, workshops, side events, and networking opportunities during the World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2026. It also includes conference materials and on-site catering (tea breaks and lunch). Accommodation, travel, and visa-related costs are not included.
Does registration guarantee participation?
Yes. Participation is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and an official confirmation email is issued. This email will include a Registration Confirmation Letter and a Letter of Invitation, where applicable.
Is visa or travel support provided?
No. The World Health Summit Regional Meeting does not cover visa or travel costs. However, official invitation letters will be issued after successful registration to support visa and travel applications.
Are accommodation and meals included in the registration fee?
Accommodation is not included. The conference will provide lunch and tea breaks during the meeting days.
Is assistance provided for hotel bookings?
Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. A list of preferred and accredited hotels with negotiated rates will be published in the Venue & Travel section of the event website.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes. All registered participants will receive a digital certificate of participation after the Regional Meeting.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are governed by the official Terms & Conditions, which are available on the World Health Summit Regional Meeting website.

Yes, exhibition space is available on a limited basis and subject to availability.
Are partnerships limited to financial contributions?
No. Partnerships may be financial, in-kind, or a combination of both, depending on mutual alignment and needs.

Will there be an exhibition at WHSRM 2026?
